About me:
Married, 2 beautiful girls, working mom, love to cook!!! Wish I could cook professionally, full-time!! Love Food Network (taught me a lot of what I know). Mom was a great Soul food cook, but believed in educating our palates and expanding our horizons. Helped me to appreciate food of different cultures -- I'll try almost anything once!

Reviewed on Nov. 19, 2008 by nascarbaby
Good pancakes, for 16 people. 8 1/2 cups of potato. 4 eggs.1/4 cup of flour. But, had I no Swiss cheese. So I used 2 slices of cheddar cheese, saute mushrooms & onions in butter, finely chopped.About half cup. Minced garlic about 2 table spoons. Used red & white onions mixed~ 1/4 cup. Salt & pepper to taste. I Fallowed the rest of the recipe. Froze half of them for a later date.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed on Nov. 17, 2008 by KATHYB58
Made these last night - Awesome!!! Only added a bit more salt based on previous comments and put them in my muffin tins. Great rolls especially when the bread machine does most of the work. Weekly baking on my menu now!
