Lentil Soup

Reviewed on Nov. 15, 2008 by Rob
Excellent soup Marie! I used chicken stock instead of water and only 7 cups, not 8 as I like my soup with a little less broth. I also used a lot more spinach than called for. Once in the bowl I added a sprinkle of Parm and a teaspoon more vinegar. Add some french bread and you have a delicious and healthy meal here.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Excellent! The only change I made was to increase the wine, cream & cornstarch to make extra sauce in which I melted shredded swiss cheese & tossed with linguine. Easy to make & very tasty!

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

These are really good! I did make one minor change though...I used garlic powder instead of garlic salt since so many review said they were too salty. Turned out perfect! Thanks for sharing!
