Really Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo

This was pretty good. I didn't have fettuccine so I substituted penne. Also added some broccoli to the pasta while it was boiling.

Italian Style Pork Chops

Pretty good. The good thing about this recipe is that I usually have all of the ingredients on hand. I cooked 4 small pork chops and used 1/2 of the other ingredients. I could have used 1/4 and still had plenty. Hubby really liked it.
