Chile Rellenos

I separated the eggs and beat the whites as has been suggested. It made all the difference in a perfect coating.

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken

This was good. I had to make some changes but overall it is pretty good. Just a little salty for our taste. I won't add salt next time I make this. I used an 8oz. container of sour cream instead of milk and I also added a can of cream of chicken and mushroom soup. Thanks for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Escalloped Chicken

Very good flavor. If you like stuffing and moist poultry, this is the dish for you. I omit the seasonings and use a large box of cornbread stuffing mix. I used margarine in place of butter once and no celery; it was not nearly as good. My family likes this served with a green vegetable and cranberry sauce on the side. No leftovers here!
