I am 34 years old and have been cooking since I was old enough to stand on a stool in my Grandmothers kitchen. Cooking to me is very relaxing, no matter what kind of day I have we always have a home cooked meal. I am the proud "dog mom" of Sissy a Bearded Collie/Newfoundland & her sister Shasta a Bearded Collie/Yellow Lab mix. They are my pride and joy and love Moms cooking which they get to eat every night. I have been with the same wonderful man for 15 years and look forward to many more.

Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes

I made these twice in one week! Love them!!! I cut them into wedges for frys and dipped in ranch dressing, so yummy! Thanks for the recipe! I will make over and over again! ~Val

World's Best Lasagna

I made this last week and the family loved it. I did not use the sausage because we don't care for it so I just used all ground beef. This is going to be my go to recipe. Can't wait to try the sauce on speghetti! ~Val
