Creamy Rice Pudding

I tried coconut milk instead of milk because I was out of regular milk (MAGICAL! It added such a creaminess!), and used sliced dried apricots instead of raisins because I needed to get rid of them. I also added a couple shakes of cinnamon and one shake of nutmeg. Delicious! Soo creamy and luxurious and it made my tummy feel all warm! I had trouble saving some for my boyfriend...

It was a good start, I started by following the recipie, but then I realized it needed more potato alot more, and the broth had no flavor. I ended up adding alot, alot of seasonings. Pepper, salt, garlic, rosemary, tyme, and basil.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I have never been a meatloaf fan, but when it was requested one night I decided to use this recipe. Wow, did it change my mind! This was delicious! I have made it many times already!
