Question: (0 answers)
this isn't food related, but i'm sure we've all tried to get the gooey sticky glue off of glass jars, left fromthe labels. i usually wipe if off with something greasy, like oil, marg etc. and it works. except this time. i got this pretty jar, filled with something or other, at christmas. it had a clear, thin label, and i had trouble pulling it off.(that should have been my first clue!)i've just tried, unsuccessfully, to get this glue off. it's impossible. i've got is soaking in the sink in the hottest water possible with some dish soap,to remove all of the olive oil. does anyone have a tried and true method for this, cuz i'd LOVE TO HEAR IT!!!! thanks :)

I'm making roasted fingerling potatoes with turkey breast for dinner. Any ideas for the turkey breast. The only fresh herbs I have are rosemary and italian parsley. I have all dried herbs and spices.

Is it just me or does anybody else get SICK of figuring out what to cook for dinner? How can I complain with a site like this one that offers so many choices? I guess it's my picky eaters that make it tough!

Question: (1 answer)
I'm making a coffee cake for tomorrow. It's a huge recipe - 9x13 pan. Lots of ingredients, so I was thinking about 1/2ing it. I have a pan that works. (It's like 8x6 or something). Will I bake it just as long? What do I do with that? (It has a crumb coating, so I don't know how much I'll be able to guess.
