SUBMITTED BY:
Connie Lapp
"This is a wonderful tea when home alone on a rainy day or when the chill of fall fills the air. It always gives me a boost of energy, plus its taste is so soothing. -Connie Lapp, Honey Brook, Pennsylvania"

I find this tea very soothing on the nerves and stomach, I always use Earl Gray tea bags and Acacia honey because it tastes the best

I'm sorry, I really didn't like this tea. I'm not exactly sure what happened. I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out to taste more like spiced milk then tea. While I'm sure some people may enjoy it, I'm not a huge fan of warm milk so this tea didn't do it for me.

lovely and warming on a cold evening. I would use a little less honey in future as it was a touch too sweet. I will definitley make it again

I used fresh ginger instead of ground, and then strained the tea into my cup. The fresh ginger gave it a nice bite, similar to black pepper in real chai. My husband loved it. We'll be making lots more.

This was nice for a change - even nicer with a splash of fresh lemon juice - and it certainly is soothing on a tickly throat. Thanks!

This makes a very good cup of tea. I am going to make it again, this time with 4 tea bags as I thought the flavor needed to be a bit stronger. I used black tea. Quick, easy and warming-esp. on a cold fall day. Thanks for the recipe! P.S. I don't drink coffee at all, but I do like drinks like this.
